Work/Life/Sleep Balance – The Missing Balance.

The missing part of the puzzle. For so many years it has been generally accepted that having a good work/life balance was key to enjoying and benefiting one’s life.
However, recent research has shown that it is paramount to not only have a good working and free-time balance (being about to switch off from work) but also get enough “sleep” to enjoy both of the previous topics.
Whilst sleeping this allows for and promotes the clearing of interstitial wastes, such as Amyloid Beta, a sticky substance around the brain.
So getting enough sleep is incredibly important for general health, but also for preventing the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease
as it is frequently found in the brains of Alzheimer patients.
